Friendly and cozy place., Very nice interior design. Large and nicely decorated rooms. Here and there tidyness could be improved. We had a very small bathroom which was flooded after taking a shower, but still nice and cleaned up every day. Worth staying!

What fantastic hotel! We stayed 2 nights on a short visit to Copenhagen and loved everything about it. The staff were very attentive and friendly, the room large and comfortable, the location convenient for many things and the cost was reasonable. The breakfast deserves a special mention - it was awesome and one of the best selections I've ever seen. All high quality, local produce (apart from the coffee). Truly befitting a leading hotel in a leading food destination. The only doubt I have is the temperature in summer. Our room needed us to open the windows on a hot spring day. There wasn't any obvious in-room temperature control so summer may be interesting. The floors were a bit squeaky but it didn't bother me when folks walked down the corridor or room above.

Over all this hotel is lovey and the staff and very friendly and helpful. They have a cozy hour from 5-6pm every day where you can have a complimentary beer, wine or selected non-alcoholic option. However, I could not rate 5 stars due to an issue that arose during the stay. We discovered that a few items that we had in the bathroom were no longer there after housekeeping had been earlier that day. The staff were notified and they looked for the items but were unable to locate them, they said they housekeeping thought they were rubbish and had thrown them away. The hotel staff said that we could purchase replacement items and be reimbursed. We were able to replace one of the items but were unable to replace the other. This was an unnecessary hassle to have to go out to repurchase something. It is greatly appreciated that we were able to be reimbursed, but the point is that it should have never happened in the first place. The staff also delivered a note apologising which was thoughtful; however, the experience was not ideal. On another note, we decided to have breakfast one morning at the hotel. It is 250DK (about £29/€34/$36) which is quite pricey for what it is. There are loads of options and everything tastes nice, but it honestly doesn’t seem worth the price in comparison to what you can get outside of the hotel. If breakfast is already included in your room rate, then that’s a different story. Having experienced it I would not personally not recommend paying extra for it. Overall, if the housekeeping incident had not happened the over all rating of the stay would have been higher.

Rafined hotel, with attention to detail and with a staff who is always helpful and kind. Excellent breakfast with organic products. The room very nice and clean. Very covenient hotel to the metro
